Shipping Policy for MaxGenomicâ„¢ Supplement Products

At Pharmagreen Biotech Inc., we understand the importance of getting your nutraceutical products to you as quickly and safely as possible. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shipping experience, and our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Delivery Times: All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose, but most orders will arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for expedited shipping.

Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods for our customers: standard ground shipping and expedited shipping.

  • Standard ground shipping is a flat fee of $10, in continental U.S. and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping is available with a flat fee charge of $16 and will be delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping to Canada is also offered via standard ground shipping at a flat fee of $15 and will be delivered within 5-7. Please note, there might be an additional delay due to customs. Additional customs charges may also apply.
  • International shipping is also offered at a flat fee of $25. Delivery times may be longer than standard shipping depending on the international location shipping to. Additional customs charges may also apply.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and the shipping method you choose.

Order Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our website by logging into your account.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
