Non-Return Policy for Pharmagreen Biotech Inc., MaxGenomic™ Supplement Products

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of nutraceutical products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

All sales of nutraceutical products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defective/damaged product. If you receive a defective/damage product, and the safety seal remains unbroken, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt to initiate a claim at support@maxgenomicproducts.com. Proof of safety seal on product will be required.
